Dave is average.
That’s both the series and bosstrabs.

McMillions. A documentary a series about the huge McDonald’s Monopoly game scam. Only done four episodes but well a watch.

It was okay. Thought it could have been edited down to three episodes. But an interesting story for sure. What about that one FBI agent and his giant white dress shirts. Christ, he was swimming in them.
yep, mcmillions was decent, just too long.
I’ve still got a couple left to watch. But you lads are right i’s quiet long. I used to have mates who worked in Mcdonalds in the 90’s and they were always giving us those wining tickets but it only food items. I can’t even remember the actual scandal. It must have been just in US
Watched the first episode of Zero Zero Zero last night….an Italian drug drama, and a recommendation of Big Fella’s (RIP)…encouraging start - glad to have something new to watch.
@LT42 LT have you heard of a Turkish drama called Persona? About a bloke with Alzheimers who decides to punish some criminals…found it rooting around on the net - has extraordinarily high IMDB ratings….
How did you source ZeroZeroZero? Is it on Sky?
C_J Sky Atlantic only at the minute outside of hooky sources. Annoyingly, it’s available in the US on Amazon Prime.
Along_the_Wire You can get a free week with Now TV that includes Sky Atlantic stuff. I just signed up to watch the latest season of [cough] Billions.
mono-stereo Cheers, Mono!
But its not on Sky Atlantic yet …… release date still hasnt been confirmed
mono-stereo We’ve been getting some excellent deals on Now TV. We got the movies for the kids a while back, cancelled it after a month. They emailed my Mrs and offered us it for 4 quid a month, for 6 months. That deal ran out, we paid full price for a month, cancelled it again then after a little while they offered us it again for 3 months @ 3 quid a month.
Watched all the Broadchurch series, I wasn’t too pushed but the missus insisted, it’s very good in fairness
LT42 I had the exact same experience a few years ago. It is really good.
watched the laurel canyon documentary about the so cal music scene in the 60s and early 70s. i’ve got a fond sense of nostalgia for that time and place, good watch with lots of old pictures and footage. i’m not sure we’ll ever see that kind of art and music culture develop again in such concentration.
