Smallman1 took me a while to get into it, but it works. Some of the humour is fucking awful and they’re all absolute cunts. The end of season one is great.

Give it a go, Ed. Some hate it because the characters are all so loathsome but it’s brilliantly written and often flat out hilarious. Written by the guy who did Peep Show if that’s any help.

finished succession today, it’s up there with the best shows ever made. if they can sustain this pace, i’d happily watch 15 seasons.

Jules72 i won’t spoil it, but the very end of the last episode was so good, the birthday episode, the shareholder meeting. the characters, acting, and writing couldn’t be any better.

Mad_Cyril don’t get me wrong, I really like the wire too, but this is at least that good. A bit predictable at times, maybe, but the characters are amazing and the dialogue is constantly entertaining. So in short, you’re wrong lol.

Trying to get through narcos Mexico now. 4 or so in.

Looking forward to gomorrah season 5 over the Xmas hols when I get to the other end of narcos.

New depths of depravity with The Ken & Barbie Killers: The Lost Tapes on Discovery. Thought I’d last an episode, but powered through the whole thing in a shot. Fucked up with lots of wtf amounts around the law and idiot prosecutors. Worth a watch if you’re a true crime geek. Felt a bit a sick going through it.
