Homegrove I’m a sucker for most space-related shows, this one just turned into a shitty soap opera.

Watched the first episode of slow horses last night off your recommendation. Not a bad start, but my expectations are low with atv. I find their shows have a bad habit of starting well and fading quickly.

A couple I’ve enjoyed of late on BBC iPlayer…

Once Upon A Time In Northern Ireland Brilliant short documentary series, never will understand the bigotry and evil meddling of goverments. Obviously same issues ongoing all over and forever.

The Detectives, Taking Down An OCG Rochdale British Pakistani drug gang. Ethnicity wasn’t directly mentioned much, probably following the racism claims about the child grooming gang. The end title update was really sad.

The OCG was very sad at the end.

Quarry on hbo was good. 8 episodes about a Vietnam vet turned hit man after coming home. They packed a lot into 8 shows.

Jury Duty is amusing. It’s filmed as a documentary about a jury’s time in court, but everyone are actors except one person. It’s on Amazon prime

You guys in the UK get Fargo back this week? Only two day delay here compared to when they air in America. Hulu in America, HBO Max here in Finland. The first four seasons got added back today, I’m tempted to go back to the first two despite my TV schedule being quite full already.

Lessons in Chemistry on Apple TV- have to say i thought this would be shite but very surprised . Enjoying it a lot and a good watch with the Mrs / Kudos points achieved, rather than us both on the sofa looking at our phones.

The woman playing the lead role is superb. Its no Top Boy, but if you want an entertaining story acted out very well would recommend- a happily surprised 8 out of 10

Ok, today Slow Horses is actually back, and the two episodes that dropped today were excellent. Either Gary Oldman actually put a lot of weight on for the role, or that was one hell of a fat suit he was wearing while topless.
