The Wire season 5 completed last night.

@Along_the_Wire you were right, easily the worst season but still very good and did pick up in the last 2 episodes. The whole homeless serial killer angle was very stupid IMO. Out of sync with the rest of the show.

I will no doubt rewatch again some day as I keep seeing that you pick up lots of new details on a 2nd viewing.

Overall a 9/10 show for me

I felt like I needed a shower after The Penguin-finale. Oz is one fucked up character, and Colin Farrell was brilliant. Excellent show.

Dune Prophecy

Oh dear. Visually, it looks good. The acting, script snd overall delivery was shite. Opens with some really bad exposition and seems a bit overly keen to virtue signal its strong independent women troupe.

Reminds me of the disappointment of trying to watch the John Wick spin off, The Continental.
