The Departed is a brilliant film.
Along_the_Wire The Departed is a brilliant film.
A good remake, but Infernal Affairs is a classic imo.
Yeah the original was better.
Watched The Drop again on Netflix with Tom Hardy and the late great James Gandolfini. Class 8/10
The Gentleman is atrocious.
Guy Ritchie = S to the werve big time.
vinnyt77 That’s because it isn’t a remake. I thought Internal Affairs was brilliant when I watched it in the cinema and the comments about it The Departed being a sequel piqued my interest.
I’ve just watched Internal Affairs. It’s a dated badly, cheesy, a bit shit and not remotely connected to The Departed other than a good cop and a bad cop. Which covers a lot of ground in a lot of films.
Just watched Jo Jo Rabbit. Loved it. Cracking film.
Obviously filed it under reg.
Heat. Still a great film which got me thinking was the 90’s the best decade for movies.
