Personally I’d have liked more gratuitous footage of the main bint but I suppose too much male-gaze would’ve undermined the main theme somewhat tbf.

Very late to the party (I don’t really watch that many films) but I did watch Terminator: Dark Fate over the Xmas period. I have always been a fan of the franchise, although I wasn’t expecting much in all honesty.

It is certainly the film with the most far-fetched, over the top, unrealistic stunts I’ve ever seen. The section in the military plane as it is hurtling towards the ground? Hilarious.

Good to see Arnie make an appearance though!

tbh I think he was well cast and chews the scenery quite amusingly. But he is annoying.

Enjoyed Matt Damon’s performance in Stillwater as a fish out of water redneck dad trying to exonerate his estranged daughter in France. Really good and you do end up rooting for him. Pity his daughter was so unsympathetic. 8/10
