Watched bombshell last night. About the Roger ailes scandal. Was a decent show. Not the fastest paced movie and no aliens or superheroes but should be enjoyable for most if interested in the goings on around them.

…loved ‘The Power of the Dog’, terrific performances and looks amazing. Total atmospheric slow-burner (ie. nowt much happens), but I found all the shifting power dynamics fascinating.

Seems a shame it’s on Netflix, would be incredible in a cinema IMO. Nice little ‘making of’ doc too, worth a watch if you liked the film.

Uncharted. My boy wanted to see it because Spider-Man is in it. It’s really bad….boring, terrible dialogue, iffy CGI and Tom Holland is too young for the part

After family pressure, I had to watch the new Matrix. To be fair, the first half hour was really good and interesting, but from then on, it became one of the worst films I’ve ever seen. ⅒

Took the kids to see Sing 2 - you could do worse I guess if you’re looking for something to entertain your offspring for a couple of hours. Cinema was the most rammed I’ve seen it since before covid by miles. 7 Koala bears / 10
