The Batman: An hour too long, the nirvana song playing throughout was tedious, the plot felt random and is stitched together quite messy, and definitely not a patch on the Nolan effort.
Pattinson, Zoe are decent, and I wish we saw more of Paul Dano who is barely in it. I liked that they attempted the detective angle throughout but it was mostly a shit attempt, with horrific writing and plotting. They replace Nolan’s realism with this over stylised steampunk brooding feel which felt overt. Wouldn’t say it’s bad but it’s definitely not good either. Don’t waste your time imo. 6.2/10
