Two more unseen Spielbergâs off my list today:
E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (1982)
Striking another âYOUâVE NEVER SEEN THAT?!â movie from my watchlist. I can guess why with this one, I didnât see this as a child, and after that it was âwho wants to watch a movie made for kids?â probably.
If youâre wondering how it works in 2026 as a first watch when you are 47 I can say that REALLY well. Loved it.
Got the 30th anniversary Blu ray used for 5 ⏠some time ago, it took me awhile to get to it. Now that Iâm staycationing at home during my winter holiday decided that 9 AM on a Wednesday is the time to finally watch it.
Lincoln (2012)
This film suffers from over writing (way too many grand speeches), and itâs close to too sentimental at times, but the voting-scene is incredible. Everyone with some knowledge in history knows the outcome, yet itâs absolutely nerve wrecking. Spielberg, my manâŚ
I could have user another 2,5 hours of just James Spader in this too.
