The thing I like most about Avatar is I had a colleague at the time the first one came out who kept calling it ‘Aviator’, and no-one had the decency (or cruelty, however you want to think of it) to put him right.
Thick Manc accent, Gallagher-esque: “Goin t’ cinemoh viss weekend to see vat Aviatoh”.
I can’t look at anything to do with this movie without saying that repeatedly in my head, like a strange tic.
