Do I need to make this its own thread so we can get maximum exposure and opinions?
I’m thinking, no.
Fuck me, it really is called The Batman.
Fantastic to see the superhero slagging off has started again. I’ve really missed it
Tenet. Complete headfuck 😵
nicksneddon Is it any cop? Fancy popping to the cinema for that.
Guardian did two reviews with some Doris coating it off and Bradshaw giving it 5 stars. Bradshaw has been shaky of late
Along_the_Wire I enjoyed it mate, however it’s very confusing - it’s certainly original though. The set pieces are great, the beginning especially. The music is really good as well, but there were parts it overpowered the dialogue and I had trouble hearing what they were saying.
Going to see it on Tuesday.
I think the Grauniad got a strongly worded call from WB or realised they’ll look cretinous giving it 2 so the 5 was a hasty retreat.
nicksneddon loads of people are complaining about the audio mix apparently.
Really looking forward to seeing Tenet…. Fckng hell ive missed the cinema
Jules72 Film of the year at the flicks so far?
Sonic the Hedgehog.
lol.
Giving Tenet the s to the werve.
A load of old pretentious bobbins.
Smallman1
Smallman1 surely if it’s pretentious you would be first in line?
I’ve heard a few of the actors say they didn’t know what was going on.
Dubman If Robert Pattinson is in it i’m not surprised. The retarded pleb.
Once Upon A Time….In Hollywood
Utter tripe. Can’t believe I just sat through it. The 10 seconds of Margot Robbie in that yellow outfit at the Playboy Mansion the only thing I’ll take from it!
Homegrove Amazing film, so glad my older brother showed me this growing up. Probably my most watched film.
Now I feel bad for downvoting you.
Sexy Beast. My summer tradition is to watch it. 5 or more times in, and still 5/5. Winstone’s villa looks something I would get if I win the lottery.
Homegrove Sexy Beast
Ray Winstone is a global treasure and without a doubt the best Will Scarlet of all time.
Skynet became self aware on August 29th, so wife and I watched Terminator 2 tonight before Bunker 24.
The first one is still the best. Had forgotten how much they humanized Schwarzenegger’s terminator in this one. It just doesn’t work.
The new Batman looks heavily influenced by the Tim Burton movies, not a bad thing I suppose. Will be difficult to outclass the realism in the Nolan movies tho.
Seen I Tonya on Thursday taught it very good, Margot Robbie was excellent in it
Tenet on Friday as Nick said confusing at times but over all excellent, score and action scenes are top of the range, it’s fast paced and really well made,
