Along_the_Wire It’s fantastic isn’t it. There’s not a duff track on it. The lyrics and Jimi’s voice are so emotive, especially now. Broken eyes is probably the best song I have heard this year mate. Anyone else heard the album yet?

Yeah, it’s a belter. They won’t play it live I’ll bet, the bastards. They never play Walk in Fire, which is their best track IMHO

Along_the_Wire so difficult to pick a best track from their enviable back catalogue. Cathedrals of the mind is another belter from the new album
alistair that one definitely stands out for me - the rest would be difficult to choose, definitely.
Have heard the new Doves album and like it.
Find them more of a singles band rather than an album band but they are brilliantly solid.
Saw them at Glastonbury in the John Peel tent a few years ago and they absolutely tore it up.

First time I have listened to Dosem all the way through. It won’t be the last. Excellent stuff.
alistair I added it to my library but haven’t had the balls to jump in - the genre ‘dance’ on Apple Music makes me anxious. Will give it a whirl.
Currently listening to Stay by Daniel Bortz - very enjoyable.
Along_the_Wire It’s excellent. He’s a very accomplished producer.
