sbando
I did like her last album. So hopefully the Welsh lass can do it again.

sbando Great album but this track is basically Weird Fishes absent Thom Yorkes vocal!!!

baggers44 and it just makes me want to reach for In Rainbows. Shite by comparison

There are interesting tracks, like the single On

Enjoying Jon Gurd album. Consistently good and that’s after several plays

Will give that a listen Alistair.

Just got my hands on the new Glass Animals album. Kinda cheesy and poppy in terms of the soundcloud hip hop beats, no harm in being accessible for the youngins. Really enjoying Heat Waves. Never knew they were British!

I don’t mind Glass Animals but the lead singers voice winds me up and they’ve got absolutely zero minerals whatsoever.

So based on that I should scrap the “I don’t mind” part and instead go for I don’t like them.

      Cheers.

listened to this twice last night, track 6 is special, absolutely love the album.

This is a compilation but looks interesting

I’ve had to stop myself from buying anymore vinyl. Been listening to the continuous mix wav file. Would love to hear it live.

Yet another good album from ASIP this time from Joel Mull. Not released until sept 24

Anyone excited about the new Doves album? Played it through once and there’s barely a duff track on it and some crackers

found this yesterday, released in february, maybe as good a dub techno album as i’ve ever heard. not a bad track on it.

Read a brilliant review in the Evening Standard.

        5 out of 5.

Will give it whirl on Monday brother.

Can tell I am going to like this album. All three releases so far have been excellent. So is this

Dubman Talented musician is Martin Roth…downloaded and cheers

Not an artist album, but Avalon Emerson’s DJ KiCKS is ace. As was to be expected.

Had a listen to this today. It does sound like your standing outside an arcade in the mid 80’s. But I’ve noticed a few tracks of late sounding the same.

Agreed. I even like that pop ditty she starts the thing out with; as cheesy as it may be.

Gave the Avalon Emerson DJKicks are twirl a couple of times. Arcade vibes is a good way to put it. Found it a tad bit noisy but there are some great moments in it. Enjoyed it more the second time around.

Was pleasantly surprised by Gerd Jansen’s Fabric mix the second time around too. Tight tight mix.

A welcome return from the Fleet Foxes. Bliss

in the category of not quite new, but new to me, these gradient albums from last year are outstanding.

Has to be said that the new Kolsch album is better that I thought it would be. Really quite good.

I concur, some good stuff on there.

Like the name of the title track - No Here No Where.
