Working from home actually makes the two meals per day thing very easy.
Get up, have a cup of coffee. Easy to hold out until 10.30 before making brunch (go protein heavy rather than bread - steak and eggs is a good brunch). Not really feeling hungry until 5pm, then it’s time to have dinner. Fruit and nuts if you require snacks.
Pounds are falling off without much exercise - only a half hour walk per day.
