I reckon he smashed it and is to modest to say.

Mad_Cyril Third. Tough course - 25 miles in 55:16 - wet, flooded patches and a ton of roadworks on a lumpy course - not my best 25 time, but happy with that. I’m more of a 10 mile specialist an all.

Dead leg recovered overnight and was just uncomfortable - didn’t affect things

Well impressive to me. I really struggled up the hills this morning. Perfect weather though. Not much wind & overcast.

Makes perfect sense, the lads are not up to scratch at the minute, so giving them the Vuelta and Giro respecitvely allows them a target later in the year to aim for.

It does feel like the end of an era though, one which I am glad to see the back of to be honest. Hopefully this year there will be some healthy competition between Bernal, Primoz etc

Jumbo are the new Sky. They’ll win the Tour this year. Froome and Thomas are well out of form, but so is Bernal

Tour is looking good this year - got today’s sprint stage in my eye-line - don’t normally like sprint stages as it’s only the last couple if minutes that ever seem to matter, but today’s is a belter so far. It’s blown the green jersey wide-open.

Been enjoying this year and agreed Team JV are the way forward. Wout is a monster

I’ve also been enjoying the tour this but am I only who doesn’t really understand how the scoring actually works.

Hirschi 80 kmph going downhill. Nutter.

Class stage today and great finish, so close for Hirschi!
