To be fair, they’ve nearly completed doing up one of the terminals (maybe 2) and it has improved.
Especially from a check-in perspective with digital check-in freeing up staff to actually help customers and new scanners meaning that you pretty much walk through passport control.
I doubt much has changed from the lounge perspective, though haven’t really investigated, it’s easier to just rock up closer to flight time with the changes made above. That and we haven’t really found the need to go long haul of late.
