A message to @Funky and any others who think the booster is a bridge too far: my 41 year old cousin, who is in very good health, is currently hospitalized with COVID, and not doing well at all. He didn’t get a booster because “they will just keep bilking us with these things. It’s enough”. He is now pulling thee old “uuuuh what was I thinking?!” Anyone on the fence should really think twice. This concludes this zackster PSA.

covid can just fuck off at this point. 12 days and it’s just a morphing shit soup of symptoms. i’m going to attempt to work for a couple of hours tomorrow as i don’t think i’m contagious, but i have no idea how i’m going to get through it.

it’s not a good time, i can tell you that. i tried working on a track yesterday for the first time and after an hour and a half, i had a headache for the rest of the day. i’m begging for normal.
Yah sounds awful. My cousin was sent home but still has an above 103 degree fever and said he can’t get out of bed.
it’s such an odd experience. i’ve had chills/night sweats on and off, but no real fever. everything i do makes me tired as if i’ve been doing manual labour. hope you’re cousin gets better soon.
