C_J Genuine question here for the stats fans. Say I had the sniffles, got a positive Covid test, had no more symptoms and then got hit by a bus and died less than 28 days after the positive test. would I go down as a Covid related death in the stats?
FabiParas C_J If the cause of being hit by a Bus was Covid (you were sneezing, wheezing, discombobulated) then yes. You wouldn’t have an autopsy if you got hit by a bus. The cause of death would be an RTA.
Smallman1 Just hope I’ll still be able to run during the incoming lockdown. Can’t be going up to a 32inch waist.
bosstrabs Smallman1 Just hope I’ll still be able to run during the incoming lockdown. Can’t be going up to a 32inch waist. Why not just set up a club in your front room for burning off the calories? Loads of djs are doing online sets nowadays. The Hacienda Classics ones seem to be all the rage, but I don’t see the point in Graeme Park plinky plonky piano house if there are no gyaldem around to suave.
alistair mono-stereo policing and if necessary criminalising the existing restrictions? It’s just cosmetic tougher messaging
Jules72 Most effective measure the U.K. government could implement right now is cracking down on flouters hard…85% of people would support them and it would work… but no, Boris wants to be popular… wanker
FabiParas alistair You’ve missed a couple of Alas’ off there. Football Season to be suspended due to Kyle Walker Super Spreader.
C_J FabiParas but the deaths are clearly defined as “deaths within 28 days of a positive Covid test” So I think you would still be included, RTA or not.
FabiParas If you get hit by a bus, the death is recorded as “death by bus” if you die in hospital from any other ailment and had a C19 test during that time in hospital or leading up to it. i.e. you had a pre-existing condition [Which I don’t think “the aversion to buses” is one] which was being treated at the time, its pretty certain that C19 had a hand in your passing.
C_J FabiParas Dan, with respect, you are wrong about this and clearly have no idea what you’re talking about mate.
