My experience is still messing with me 17 months on. Our air quality is awful today due to the wildfires. Went for a run to the gym this morning and didn’t realize how bad the air quality was until the sun broke over the eastern hills. Paying the price now. Feel awful. And, yes, it’s because of Covid. Never had breathing issues like this prior (never been a smoker) and have them all the time now. Flu my left foot.

This was us at 6:00 AM this morning. Brutal.

Just keep hydrated and rest up. You’ll be done soon enough.

        Sounds like an odd case, PDJ. Prob just all precautionary with the tests and it’ll be nothing to worry about. You’ll be up an at em in no time.

        I hope it is indeed flu - my sister, who has a very weak immune system and an underlying autoimmune condition, just caught it

          I’m back home now thank god, was kept in overnight for observation but all the tests they did were fine and suggest that they’ll be no long term effects. Just have to isolate and rest up for the next ten days. Wish I’d restocked the beer fridge a few days ago now!

          @Dan - great to hear you’re on the mend! Sounds like not long to go until you’ll be fully back up to speed.

          @Jules72 - all the best for your sister, fingers crossed she gets the asymptomatic version.
