Why is it then that the North has a much more severe outbreak? Tbh here I agree with Ed - typically poorer educated people don’t stick to the rules as tightly (same is true in London) .. and in the North educational standards are poorer than down South

I think it’s coming Jules. Didn’t the first wave impact up North earlier than the South? Not forgetting that the virus tends to thrive better in colder conditions - which makes it more likely for the second wave to take grip up North earlier than the South, which invariably has better weather conditions especially moving into autumn.

Hey Sean, I know you’re a bit of a thicket but I’ve got some news for you, being on a plane doesn’t mean you’re going to catch or spread the rona.

Here’s an example for your tiny little mind, if no one on the plane has it, no one on the plane is going to get it.

I’m an acute asthmatic, in the high risk category and have been able to lead some sort of normal life without putting my health and the health of others at risk.

assuming this is true, you can’t possibly think flying and being in crowds is a good idea. i’m not going to pile on, but you should probably re-think your approach.
