Go to one in tier 2 instead!

Just lifted off the gov website, it also says stay in your area unless you have a good reason to leave it.

Hursty Pretty sure you are not supposed to leave Tier 3 without good reason, although I would need to check that!

I am in Tier 2, my dad is in Tier 3. That is correct, to my knowledge - no-one in or out without good reason.
