Did anyone catch the senior consultant cardiologist Aseem Malhotra the BBC this morning?
I wonder what excess deaths would’ve looked like without the fucking vacinne?
This touched a nerve, I’ve always been team-vax but our mate just dropped dead aged 37. She was breast feeding nice and calm and out of the blue had a heart attack. Physically fit, slim, very good diet, stress free, nice family life, young, no health concerns, exactly not the kind of person you’d expect to be having a heart attack.
This did cross my mind as she was triple vax’d but I had convinced myself: sometimes people do just die. I guess we’ll never really know.
Along_the_Wire
If it’s ‘likely’, then it must be true and vaccines are evil
NasserAlazzawi had she had covid?
Hursty bit worrying tbh as my brother has becker’s muscular dystrophy and cardioapathy is generally what gets them in the end. Was one of the reasons why I was so unsure but bit late now.
Also know a guy who had cardiac arrest and died last April only 39, and he was a 3rd cousin of the DUP guy stalford who died last year aswell.
Just three vaccines, more than 6 months ago.
Nothing to see here, according to people like Homegrove the vaccines are safe and effective.
Along_the_Wire
Had this conversation with a few anti-vax friends. They just go silent on the issue.
@Along_the_Wire hope it’s not COPD, but if it is you’ll have something in similar with another famous scottsman, John Rebus. Even if he’s made up by Ian Rankin.
Homegrove that a crumb of comfort - thanks, H!
The point is, we should now be pausing the rollout out to do proper analysis of the data, not blindly continue administering emergency vaccines to healthy people
No crackpot conspiracy, just due diligence which every other medication or vaccine would normally have
Sorry to hear @rhouses , unfortunately it’s an all too common story
Do you have data to support this assertion?
bosstrabs I’m not saying I think vaccines are broadly dangerous btw - I just (rightly or wrongly) see it more as moving the problem for the greater good - if everyone didn’t get vaccinated we may have 5 million dead by now in the UK due to complications caused by covid - but instead we maybe kill 50,000 different people with the vaccines, many of whom were never going to die (i know those numbers are wrong, just illustrating the model in my own mind).
By moving the problem the result is almost all of the 70 million people living in the UK can move on with their lives and start to feel confident about normal life again. If the vaccines had a risk, there was going to be a cost one way or another.
I would agree with this but I have just had covid again so don’t need a shot for a while in theory.

I imagine you’re an absolute hoot at parties naz
I’m bloody lovely me. Modest, too.
This video has been censored off YouTube and other social media fast lol.
Nasser he did say 1 in 800 could have complications that’s high. Vaccines did wonders for over 50s but in no way should it have been forced on the younger generations like it was via the passports and in Canada you still can’t even hold down a job without being double jabbed fkn ridiculous. It didn’t prevent the spread so they can fuck right off.
Funky Nasser he did say 1 in 800 could have complications that’s high.
Please don’t use my numbers as I was in no way being accurate! Just demonstrating a point about governments having to make a choice / the best of the situation in as quick a time frame as they could.
Funky It’s not forced on people in the UK. Thankfully, there were enough people prepared to be fully vaccinated and help keep covid away from the clown shoes that are anti-vax.
“It didn’t prevent the spread” - you’re a moron.
Grant, why do you say that?
My understanding is (and apologies if I am wrong here) people who were vaxxed were less likely to get severe symptoms and die, but they still got ill, they still passed it on and were in fact more likely to be contributing to the spread by going out and mixing with the general population in crowded places thinking they were basically “good to go”. Whereas the unvaxxed tended to be more cautious and avoid others.
Have I got that wrong? Did the vaxxine mean that you can’t pass on the illness?
C_J Did the vaxxine mean that you can’t pass on the illness?
All I ever heard about that element was it prevented the spread by X % - whatever the number was, was nowhere near 100% - with protection dwindling after 6 or 7 months of being vaccinated. It did hit the main goal of protecting most of us from hospitalisation, severe illness/death quickly but I don’t think I needed to type this last sentence here!
If you don’t catch it (because of the vacinne), you can’t spread it.
Along_the_Wire
I wouldn’t fucking bother Grant
The vaccine was rushed in to solve a problem, it helped out massively, no question.
The issue is, it was rushed in and there are adverse reactions, blindly carrying on rolling it out is madness. Apparently that is crack pot thinking, even though it’s completely sensible and rational to pause the rollout pending further studies
The extensive PEER REVIEWED research paper on Long Covid is out
Hursty they aren’t rolling it out - it’s completely optional and is being offered to at-risk groups - you don’t want to take it, don’t and just shut up about it.
I’m not the moron grant I called this shit 2 years ago. There is no hard evidence to prove it slowed the spread of anything it made the spread worse because you then had numpty’s scared before the vaccine coming out of the house in their droves and hugging each other like they where on 2 doves and some bucky.
Farch from day one and planned I stand by that and more and more will keep coming out. The trillions made out of this and we the common folk are 10x more closer to poverty and the elites are 10x richer. NHS mess before it mess now and will remain a mess in 10 years time again hitting the common people who can’t afford to go private.

Every single statement you’ve made here is patently incorrect.
Along_the_Wire they are rolling it out still, and yes luckily it’s optional.
That’s not the question anyway, but I won’t repeat it again
