                              Vaccine passport goes into effect in Finland on Saturday. A company does not have to require it, but if they do they can ignore all restrictions in place. I would assume many bigger bars and nightclubs that now have to close at 1 AM will want to stay open until 5 AM instead, with full capacity instead of half like now.
