Along_the_Wire I see how vaccines help stop deaths and hospitalizations, my main issue is government control. Vaccine passports don’t make sense in terms of slowing the spread you have people who are vaccinated that will be more asymptomatic over someone who isn’t vaccinated, plus those who are vaccinated have let their guard down when it comes to social distancing so in these bars, restaurants and nightclubs with no rules in place it will spread like wildfire still.
The vaccinated being generally more asymptomatic may not self isolate nor even possibly get tested so we don’t no how much of this virus is actually out there now.
I’m a healthy 35 year old with no underlying conditions, i wont be applying for the passport so i wont be in these venues anyway and i will take my precautions till this calms and blows over. Unvaxxed wont be in these venues either so they wont be catching the virus now so much so if it still gets out of control who’s to blame then, the general population in my opinion.
