The most laughable thing about it all is how much we’re constantly being told how we need to prepare for / be prepared for ‘the next pandemic’. How often do pandemics tend to happen? And more importantly, let’s fucking address the elephant in the room, i.e. what caused this one before we start worring about the next one, eh?
Perhaps the best way to prevent the next pandemic is to nip whatever we did to cause the last one in the bud. Maybe I’m just crazy, but seems pretty fucking obvious to me.
