alistair You have to worry when there are so few kids that bother to do the virtual lessons. My son is only of only six doing his English school lesson this afternoon
I am surprised schools haven’t made such things compulsory, with attendance being properly marked and letters going out to parents whose kids are skiving or not on-task.
I’m sure the systems are in place to do it.
Not having a tablet or laptop is no excuse. They can means-test people and basically send a free laptop out to anyone on school dinner vouchers. It would be a small price to pay compared to the loss of basically a whole year’s schooling for a lot of the country.
