Amps Brilliant
Love that Amps!
@benson ?
zackster A covid bang. Urgh!
Why have they used a picture of a Glaswegian council estate for a US Hospital?
Smallman1 you wish that was a Glaswegian council estate.
Smallman1 Rare lol for Geoffrey.
You haven’t lived till you’ve had a Covid-69
That ticks a lot of boxes for completely wrong.
Mind you, people do get up to all kinds at work…

Amps insanity is where it’s at. that shit will get you in shape like nothing else.
303abuser Have seen the car stickers, no idea what it actually is.
Half hour of sprints every day will do it. Michael Mathews book is a great read for anyone interested in such things. About the only book I have ever read on the subject that actually works. Genuine weight loss and muscle gain.
Amps go download (and buy it if you like it obviously) insanity max 30. you’ve never worked that hard in your life, i promise. i do hill/stair sprints at least twice a week too, it’s phenomenal exercise.
Yup. Insanity lives up to its name. It’s basically HIIT but very intense intervals. I popped my achilles doing that halfway through a basketball season. Bastards.
Millsy that’s a brutal injury. you can definitely get hurt doing it if you’re not prepared and careful. in 2011 i did og insanity twice through in 18 straight weeks. got into pretty good shape, but i promptly got sick at the end as i was so run down. wouldn’t do that again, two or three times a week enough. during month two i was eating 4000 calories a day while losing weight.
I’ve had a little doubt about the Oxford results, that I’d like to see explained. Nothing sinister, there’s just a jumble of info around effectiveness / dosing that’s not totally been answered since results were published.
UK approval is only for the full / full dose, not the ½ / full that was miraculously better.
This article posts some of those questions, no answers yet though…..

Lads do what I do, a gentle 40 minute run 3-5 times a week and 2 meals a day.
Also use a good face wash (Kiehl’s) and a good moisturiser and, like your ole mucka OLB, you’ll look 25 4 ever.
Smallman1 Can’t argue with the running or 2 meals a day, solid advice.
Do you space your meals out much, or in a narrow window?
Smallman1 a gentle 40 minute run
Need to raise my resting metabolism, little else works for me, so interval training is a must.
Hursty Do you space your meals out much, or in a narrow window?
Breakfast and lunch, no supper.
The result?
Tooting’s answer to Jason Statham.
I’ve done 200kms this week on the bike - two of them stricter interval sessions. Today I’m got some VO2 Max intervals which I’m not looking forward too. Put in 4kgs since my op, birthdays and Christmas.
Along_the_Wire 4kgs
Fuckin lols!
