Unfortunately we’ve bred a large chunk of society who are selfish , tribal and aggressive - building their own fact profile to justify things. Sure this happened in the past but people got called out. I was shit scared of my parents, teachers, authotlrity etc. Nowadays , people just go unchecked as the police are stretched and people are scared of getting shanked.
I was on a train once and it stopped at Gillingham ( I know, you don’t need to say anything) and a mob of Air Max pikies, about 3 generations in age, bowled on and all hell broke loose. Some sort of pikey family beef. Train packed with commuters. One poor guy tried to reason with one yoof to take it outside and let the train leave the station and the nutter lamped 7 shades out of him, with his mum just standing by egging him on. No one helped, everyone else bricking it. Kids crying on the train . No transport police to be seen. Horrendous scenes.
A real eye opening reflection of the country that was, as id only been back in the UK a few months .
