IndustryStandard Agree, someone could turn into a promoter off this, 95-2001 POWER PROG, trance, lob a bit of breaks or classic house in the back room, like a MUSCULAR version of Reflex 80s nights, will be all over the country in no time.

Think I might have a night in tonight
LT42 I’ve listened a bit to his latest NYE mix, and like most modern so-called “prog”" stylistically it seems to be smooth, melodic and mid-tempo, without a “wrecking ball” in sight.
You need to listen to it all the way through then. 😉
FabiParas I did listen all the way through, I just skipped to the end of some of the tracks.
So, you had the starter and dessert but missed out on the main?
FabiParas no, more like I had a 12-course tasting menu but only nibbled half the dishes.
You missed out on the juicy bits then. I’d go back and play from about 35mins through to 1hr 45mins in full.
FabiParas sorry, there are no wrecking balls to be found.
Really? What are you listening to it on? The Moziak track is proper muscular.
Strange.
FabiParas perhaps I’m spoiled, but my threshold for what constitutes a wrecking ball has moved in quite a different direction from that of most of the board over the years.
🤞 some good news…

Fair enough. What’re your current criteria for wrecking ball status?
FabiParas to use a few fairly recent examples, along the lines of:
The ball breakers in one of the Berghain side rooms no doubt.
