Hursty She’s struggling to be honest mate. Luckily my overtime has filled that 20%loss. It’s not forever and she wasn’t made redundant….thank fuck.

I’ve had my own business for nearly 20 years and this pandemic has hit really hard. If it doesn’t pick up in the next few months I may close it and start something else.

Hard to speak outside of my immediate area but things will start to pick up. Problem is we haven’t really hit the post-COVID recession which is coming. The personal hardships will start to see an end but the economic issues could be with us for a while yet. Best of luck my man.

Along_the_Wire I’m hoping it will. But going on the first lockdown and once all the DIY stores and trade shops opened. People started doing it themselves. I did speak to my local store managers and they all said that most of their sales was to the general public. Just hoping people have made a bodge job and want it done properly.
