Amps World Painted Blood is the best post golden era-album. Also done with the classic line up. Slayer without Lombardo is just not the same thing. Check Hate Worldwide for a taste. Seasons in the Abyss is my favorite Slayer-album. It combined the fast stuff from Reign in Blood with the melodies from South of Heaven, so I call it their peak. Everything after that was just repetition of something earlier, often done poorly.
