          alistair in this instance it wasn’t cronyism because, as far as I know, Bingham and (Netty) England didn’t necessarily benefit from any orders… but still, the success of the programme was down to a small bunch of entrepreneurs who had contacts in the government. It wasn’t due to the smart thinking of Johnson or any of his immediate clown troupe.
