Ugh….. 🤒
Got to around the eight hour mark then five looong hours of chills, fever, headache and nausea kicked in. Seems to be on the way out now though.
For my next jab i will be preemptively necking Ibuprofen/ paracetamol before the symptoms kick in. And may even have to invest in a hot water bottle……
