                Funky alberta is far from a shining example of how to live with covid. our provincial government has been completely inept at every step and to add insult to injury, they just proposed a 4% wage roll back for health care support staff and are likely to do the same for nurses. we are better vaccinated than most of the rest of the world, but among the lowest rates in canada. we’re only doing well because it’s summer, wait until november/december and judge the idea that we’re doing well at that point.

As for vaccine passports, fact of the matter is that sitting or standing next to someone who hasn’t been vaccinated or doesn’t have antibodies significantly increases the risks of catching it. Frankly fuck your liberties and your me-first attitude.
