LT42 The burden of responsibilty should now rightly be put on those who refuse to vaccinate when it comes to lockdowns and restrictions
Personally, I’m getting the vaccines. However, this point here is false. Covid vaccines have only been given emergency authorisation in the UK and the US. There is no longer a covid emergency. The vaccines are still ot approved for use in non-emergency circumstances. Plus, for young people the vaccines can be as, of not more, dangerous than the virus.
"Both the United States and United Kingdom have authorized the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna mRNA vaccines for emergency use, while the former has also authorized shots by Johnson & Johnson; the latter by Oxford/AstraZeneca.
Emergency use authorization (EUA) in the U.S. has been issued as a result of the severity of the pandemic. When the pandemic is over, the EUA will cease and vaccine manufacturers will need to apply for full U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval (here). No timeline on this has yet been given (here). The UK, meanwhile, has a similar mechanism (here , here)."

LT42 Why should my lifestyle be restricted because you’re a selfish bastard
No one’s lifestyle should be restricted - because the threat of Covid is being over-inflated.
It is also being selfish to force people to take medication which they don’t need, which can be more dangerous to them than the thing it is supposed to be protecting them against.
It should be liberty to all - liberty under the treat of ushering in a new two-tier apartheid system under the whims of a temperamental and authoritarian government is not liberty at all.
