To be fair guys, unless you have nippers yourselves its a difficult one to debate. For all parents on here they will know, the day you leave the hospital (or home) with a tiny human in your hands, your life changes forever.
As the BMJ link said, its a balance between risk vs reward and it seems to me they are still thrashing it out, so we will see where this ends up
