The imposition of ‘restrictions’ isn’t binary either, is it? You’ve got stay at home protocols, business shutdowns, social gathering restrictions, mask wearing, travel corridors, and yeah - proof of vaccination. ‘Right wing governments’ (as you call them) have the choice to impose one, several, all, or none of these.
