“To the eye: golden hay. On the nose: initially, rich butterscotch, followed by subtle notes of toffee and nougat. Surprisingly pleasant and sweet hints of organic solvent. On the palate: prominent notes of orange, vanilla, and rye spice. Medium viscosity. Finish is sustained with alternating nuances of rye spice and dandelion root. Preferred neat. Note: As this is 100 proof, some may benefit from a delicate touch of water.”
