zackster
The idea of just writing off billions of student load debt is fucking idiotic. That money comes from somewhere. It doesn’t just appear out of thin air. I’ve been spending a lot of time in public housing communities lately, doing testing events, and public housing is something I know you know well. Fix that before you bail out Caleb for choosing four years at Lehigh getting a pointless archeology degree Caleb knew he wasn’t going to use while signing the loan term agreements…that’s on you, dude. I went to community college for my first two years and then a public school in Berkeley. I didn’t take the four year college party route on a loaned dime. Because, while my prog tastes might be questionable, I’m not a complete dipshit (back off, Dave).
We just void a bunch of loans now, what happens to the people coming into college these next few years? What about those who just paid them off? Oh, so this select group just get a fifty fucking thousand dollar gift? Often times for their own abject stupidity? Laughable. This is simply an attempt to get young people to vote for whatever vested politician needs the votes. As cynical as you are, Zack, you should see that. It’s a non-starter, a stupid idea, and a complete waste of time.
Don’t want debt? Don’t sign the paper.
