Gutted. May as well turn my telly and radio off for the next week.
Smallman1 I read it in the Times yesterday.
I didn’t even know they had, we, un-formed tbh.
Smallman1 It`s been all over the net strongly the last couple of weeks you idiot.
Thankfully saw them in 1997. Any possible reunion is going to be a complete clown show of two egos half assing it. Can’t begin to imagine how much some people are going to pay to watch them go through the motions.
Hard pass.
You’ll never guess who saw their first ever London gig at The Astoria?
First album aside, Oasis are an abomination.
Along_the_Wire I’d go first two albums and the title track and D’ya Know What I Mean off Be Here Now. The rest of that album and everything there on faceplated hard.
Along_the_Wire I like the second one too. Champagne Supernova is a personal favorite. Be Here Now I bought on CD and could not believe I spent 20 € on it.

I saw them with the verve at the Brixton academy. Can’t remember which year. The verve were excellent. It was before their popular phase - played the first 2 albums I think. Mccabe on lead guitar massively underrated. Oasis were how you would expect. Wall of sound. Football anthems.
I caught a bit of them at one of the V festivals years ago. They were very average. Can imagine they would have been great in those first few years after Definitely Maybe came out.
Ed finger on the pulse again 😂
RichM Was that the year they played in Staffordshire on the Saturday, then split overnight, and didn’t play Chelmsford on the Sunday!?
Saw Liam at the 02 a few months ago dog the Definitely Maybe 30 year anniversary tour. Was absolutely brilliant to be fair
vinnyt77 I was there. Got Keane instead 😂
vinnyt77 no was a few years before. Chemical brothers were on the other stage so quickly went over to see them
Homegrove First three were great. I’m including the B sides album Masterplan which is superb. Acquiesce, Listen up, Underneath the sky etc etc. Noel rarely put a foot wrong in those first three years.
Homegrove it’s a massive singalong of absolute drivel
Cockney wannabes and all round clown show.
Oasis that is
I wasn’t a fan back in the mid 90’s but caught them 2009 and thought they were excellent.
Short of some dough most likely
Hursty Short of some dough most likely
This.
Both 50% down due to divorces.
Bet the government are crossing their fingers for this to happen. Nice little uptick for the economy, plus a nice little interest rate/inflation punt for you macro traders out there!

Lol!
