tons of great insight in this series (the sound is awful, but it’s still worth watching) …

Dubman haha i have no idea. it feels house-ish to me, but i honestly don’t know what my music sounds like to anyone else. that and my concept of genres is 20 years old.

I really like it what ever it is. It has a nice swing to it.

…Paul Nolan masterclass is great too, the sound design one is quite inspirational

Dubman thanks, glad it isn’t awful. i need work to slow down so i can start writing again; had this and one more to release next month that i finished in may/june. have a dozen sketches started for an album (hopefully), but it’s been extremely slow with nice weather and too much work.

Unbroken1 cheers. and yeah i’ve watched a couple of his videos, they’re all really good, especially with the nonsesne of all the ‘top 10 tricks’ click bait tutorials out there.

Mad_Cyril haha thanks, i’m going with boss dub now. i really don’t care what it’s called, it’s just all the stupid hash tags and genre specific forums that require it.

for the above sale the code MEGA-SALE-20OFF will take $20 of the order with no minimum purchase. there’s some good stuff there for less than $20, essentially making it free.

Over the past few weeks I’ve discovered I’m pretty good at making a holy unlistenable din when it comes to the old producing.

yeah that’s a common theme for me recently too.

Super cheap for a couple of days. I don’t have it or really need it but why not.

They fortunately offer up some pretty good deals on Plugin Boutique, which in turn allow you to buy even better loyalty discounts via iZotope so it’s worth the purchase.

I own a bunch of iZotope products as a result of this.

Was pissing about with a few sample libraries at the weekend and managed to miraculously put something together.

This is what happens when you have really bad Gear Acquisition Syndrome (G.A.S.). I’m a tad concerned for my overall well being.
