apyssjw you’re always welcome. i know how hard it is to get people to listen, much less get any feedback, so i really try to make an effort. even if my opinion isn’t worth much, maybe something will help or spark an idea and if not, you can always ignore it too. 😉
that almost explains the 90s vibe then, given when you started it lol. i thought the mix was pretty good too, at least nothing jumped out at me. i tend to write in almost manic stretches, where i finish a bunch of tracks over a few weeks, then i go through a period of stagnation (probably just learning), then it explodes again. i’ve learned to ride the waves, but deadlines present a bit of a challenge if they don’t line up with those creative periods.
