What goes on your toast then?

My two favs at the moment are:

-

Surely this is the king of all marmalades? As deep and dark as Tenaglia’s ‘Athens’.

-

Organic peanut butter, made with only peanuts and a dash of sea salt. Medium roasted for a slightly smoky finish, and with the texture of fudge.

Strictly Anchor Butter & KP Nuts Peanut Butter

Outing myself as a rube here but a sharp cheddar and some Branston pickle. Done. Sub Marmite for Branston. Also done.

    Dan KP Nuts Peanut Butter

didn’t know such a thing existed before, considering they started with heavily salted pub snacks, checking out the ingredients they surprisingly don’t seem too bad.

    Even darker

If it’s peanut butter it’s got to be Jif extra crunchy.

Kumquat only got to try that once so far, it was also great. Not sure the actual taste was any darker though, it seemed fairly similar to the vintage but with a a slightly sweeter/fruitier tang to it.

I’m really just waiting for Ed to come in and say he religiously eats Nutella.

        Peruvian Artichokes
        Organic Walnut Purée
        Herb infused quinoa

Organic almond or peanut butter, Essential or Bions are good
Organic jam, not that bothered on vendor

            Mad_Cyril Herb infused quinoa

I know you’re not being serious here, but even then, quinoa on toast just makes no sense.

              Hursty Bions

Biona? Seems decent, I’ll keep my out for it in future.

Peanut butter on toast with either apple or banana sliced on top is a good start to the day…

                Marmite.
                Marmalade.
Melted cheddar, tomato and onion with plenty of ground pepper.

Along_the_Wire Melted cheddar, tomato and onion with plenty of ground pepper.

                  Same. But red onion.

Along_the_Wire Melted cheddar, tomato and onion with plenty of ground pepper.

Swap the onion for spring onion and add some Worcestershire sauce and that’s a treat and a half!

Avocado with salt, pepper and Franks Chilli&Lime hot sauce is a winner too.

                  Marmite.

                  Or Bonne Maman jam.

                  Both sans butter.
