alistair Same. It’s no Last Dance but it’s also not Harry and Megan. The interviews are great and of course all the mid 90s football nostalgia. Loved the bit where Posh claims to have been working class and becks pops his head in asking her to tell the viewer what car her family was driving in her childhood.
They give you the slight impression that he may have been bullied by his coaches for all his PR bollocks, but I ended up thinking maybe he needed a kick up the ass to push out those monster performances. Was fighting back the tears during the bit against Bayern and his final game for Madrid. Nicely packaged, getting the behind the scenes context of the various incidents, but found the editing and the various close up shots trying too hard. He’s a bit thick no doubt, but he’s an absolute legend imo.
