Their biggest flaw and a constant problem. I used to be fully on board with ditching the movie thing and elongating narratives into shows where more plots or characters could be explored. Done a 180 thanks to Netflix. Far too many shows could simply be a 2 hour movie. Editing is important. Thankfully HBO seems to get it.

Enjoyed this. Only four parts, ’though could be three. They get into this very specific motivation behind art heists. Pretty brilliant honestly.

Been around for a few years but just watched the 2 ‘seasons’ of Happy. Grizzled ex cop, imaginary friends, sex, violence, more violence. I really liked it…definitely not for everyone…steer clear Grant. From the makers of Crank…that’s a recommendation and a warning.

If you’re familiar with David Berkowitz then The Sons of Sam is a bit of a mindfuck. I always thought that whole case was extremely random and there was more to him being just a mentalist. Very good stock footage in it. Only 2 episodes in so I’ll see where it goes.

The Woman in the window starring that bint off of Arrival Amy Adams along with the cockney geezer Gary Oldman plus a few others. It’s basically about a nosey neighbor who suffers from Agoraphobia who spies on her neighbours across the street. I thought I was losing my mind half way through it as the story just didn’t make any sense whatsoever but it did come good at the end. 7 nutjobs/10
