zackster It’s not Netflix, but White Lotus on HBO was absolutely phenomenal. Best cometary on the service industry I’ve ever seen. 9/10.

jonattonyeah HBO has signed on Mike White for a second season of The White Lotus. That’s…odd. It was a unique show made in a unique time (filmed in a self-contained “bubble” during Covid). I don’t really see how it could be continued on in any meaningful way.
zackster jonattonyeah its set at a different White Lotus location and features an all new cast. But agreed, it is a dumb idea. Should have let it be a stand alone thing.
