Homegrove Edgar Wright is trying to remake the movie. Can’t imagine his version would have the book-ending either. 😂
Along_the_Wire Amps Richard Bachman wrote that one. They’re my favourite set of books he wrote - Thinner is a belter. Hoped for better from the film to be honest, but they’re both excellent in isolation I suppose
Mad_Cyril Along_the_Wire Thinner is a belter. Finished recently, thought was an enjoyable read, but the denouements were a bit telegraphed.
Homegrove The Long Walk is easily the best of King’s Bachman-novels. Many people have tried to turn it into a movie, and it’s never gotten anywhere. It’s not hard to see why if you read it.
Along_the_Wire Homegrove Have you seen the Pet Cemetary remake? It’s considerable worse than the first which is really quite an achievement.
Homegrove Along_the_Wire haven’t seen either. The first one is considered a classic in horror-circles though. Missus bought the remake, and I said she’s welcome to watch it on her own. She did and did indeed say it sucked.
