Close up the hole you cut and let it ‘marinate’ overnight. Edit…I’ve never tried this myself…only tried watermelon before, but in theory, it would work. Do it for science Ed!

Was boozing a fair bit in lockdown last year. Silly really as I’m an utter light weight and suffer from really bad hangovers that give me anxiety . Thought it was the beans back in the day but after a heavy boozing session I’m in psychological pieces the day after. Far worse than any suicide Tuesdays I used to have .
Last had a drink on NYE for Diggers. Feel better and trying to cut down in light of COVID and trying my best to stay as mentally strong as possible .
Have been smashing it back all afternoon.

Hangovers that give anxiety are not nice, but you need to recognise them for what they are: truth bombs.
use them. work through those issues and you’ll come out the other side ready for anxiety-free bouts of binge-drinking.

The other grocery store near me had gotten one of my favorite micro breweries in Finland a whole display of their own. Bought two different kinds (only one’s I haven’t had before), now will just have to wait almost two more weeks to sample them. At least they will be cold on February 5th, having been in the fridge for a fortnight.
Which brewery and which beers? I have only had a few Finnish beers from Pyynikin when in Helsinki but they were tasty.
