benson definitely interesting what happens to your mind and body. I quit for 8 years back in my late 20’s, and in that time I ran a half marathon, full marathon and was going to the gym 3-5 nights a week. My mental health was a lot better too. in hindsight I wish I’d have made the 10 year milestone, but alas shit happens!
