Basically I want to win some races this year and to smash it out of the park then alcohol needs the boot, I’m one of those people who can stay off something fine as long as I don’t touch it, otherwise one night on the sauce could lead to several and takes me weeks to get back on the straight and narrow.

Amps seanc80 have some of that pysillium husk (isabgol) with a squeeze of lemon after the 7pm dinner. You might feel bloated, but it’s magic for the late night snack management. I’m on a 15 day streak at the moment - using the Zero app which is quite nifty. Was getting a bit worried the TT and baddy wasn’t really helping, but as soon as I started the fasting, I’m about 6kgs down now.

tried replacing G&T with Rum and ginger this weekend to help the weight loss. ended up drinking over half a bottle of rum and was shitfaced.
